Sale Sharks will training at Caldy Rugby Club on July 15

AS part of their ‘Training in the Community’ programme, Sale Sharks first team squad will be holding a public training session at Caldy Rugby Club on July 15 from 2.30pm.

Head coach Mike Brewer and his staff will be putting the squad through their paces. Local schools and clubs have been invited to take part in a unique afternoon.

The basic format of the afternoon will be to watch the Sharks train from 2.30 pm until 3.40pm.Š

After that there will be a ‘participation’ activity, where several members of the audience will be selected to take part in a challenge versus Sharks players.Š

The participants will receive a two-for-one voucher for the first game of the season against Newcastle Falcons in September.Š

There will also be an ‘Open Access’ session where the public can meet the players, obtain autographs and ask questions until the Sharks players return to Carrington, at around 4.30pm.

There will also be a competition to win four tickets in the Printerland stand for that first game of the season against Newcastle.Š
