TWO bonus points for four tries and restricting Rossendale to a six point margin was disappointing reward for a determined Park side.

It was the hard work and solid approach of the visitors that finally won the day despite the home side showing a lot of enterprise and useful handling.

There were several misfortunes for the home side in the closing stages before Stephen Briers with a last minute touchdown at least rescued a useful bonus point.
