Wirral refs taught lesson

LAIRDS’ Sports Club will play host to hoards of trainee referees when the St Peter’s Road venue welcomes the latest batch of the men in black from Monday, February 4.

Organised by well-known referee Jack Blakemore, who runs the course on behalf of the Wirral FA, the scheme will be held every Monday evening – with the exception of Easter Monday – until the final exam on April 7.
