DESPITE producing one of their best away performances of the season, Neston South Wirral went down 2-0 at Bramhall in North Division Two.
The Parkgate men started brightly and maintained possession for long periods, showing a patience that has been lacking on several previous away days.
Skipper Rogier Van Der Ouderaa was dominant in midfield, and his shrewd passing opened up the Bramhall defence with regularity. Unfortunately, Neston's front men had less success, and the visitors were punished when Pete Corrigan exposed an unfortunate slip by Matty Newall to slot home for Bramhall.
The prolific Corrigan scored Bramhall’s second and final goal of the game.
