Fox show cunning

TWO Boccia teams from Foxfield Special Needs School reached a regional final earlier this month.

The A team pipped a close Merseyside SLD Boccia Tournament final against the Moreton school’s B side, winning 6-4.

Medals were presented to the teams by headteacher Andre Baird and Foxfield’s Boccia coach Frank McDonough said: “It was a very close contest in front of a packed out gymnasium, where the result was decided in the final ‘end’, with Foxfield A Team coming out on top with 6 points to 4.”
