Bebington martial arts student Michael Orford make it into Hall of Fame

BEBINGTON martial arts student Michael Orford has made it into the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain’s Hall of Fame.

The 23-year-old achieved the honour after passing his third degree black belt in front of five seventh degree taekwondo masters at the association’s headquarters in Bristol.

More than 300 students from all around the country, including the former European Champion, performed in front of the masters at the gradings

Michael’s coach, Richard Saunders, who is a fifth Dan, said: “He is a dedicated martial artist and winning this award is a great achievement.”
