Bird In Hand win Division One title

BIRD In Hand clinched the Division One title and an unprecedented quadruple with a 4-2 victory over AC Brookley.

Man-of-the-match Mike McCann hit two and Paul Howell and Tommy Carrol were also on target.

A goal-a-piece from Eric Lang and Mark Murray helped Sports Bar to overcome Parkfield BA 2-1.

Kelma came from 2-0 down to record an impressive 3-2 win over Windsor Perch Rock.

In other action, a Danny Hughes strike ensured Manor gained a point against New Ferry AFC.

In Division Two, a hat-trick from Leroy Williamson edged Black Horse Wallasey a step closer to the title with a 5-1 triumph over Bronze Social.

But Big House remain hot on their heels after a 4-0 win at Central Park.

John Cupid cannot stop scoring for Big House, firing his fourth hat-trick in five games.

The spoils were shared in a thrilling 7-7 draw between Future and Claughton Hotel.

Jamie Jones and Paul Devey fired doubles for Future, while Alan Crase and Stuart Hardman both struck twice for Claughton.

A tremendous performance from Wirral LFC saw them upset FC Village 2-1 thanks to goals from Vic Thurgill and Vinny Crewe.

Elsewhere, Trafalgar hit five without reply against Bebington Rovers and New Dock and Tower played out a 1-1 draw.
