WIRRAL training firm CPL’s e-learning division has secured a trio of contract wins with firms across the UK.
The Birkenhead firm will be working closely with one of the UK’s largest private mail distribution firms, Secured Mail, food retail entrepreneurs, Musgrave Retail Partners and restaurant and bar group, Living Ventures.
Living Ventures, run by Tim Bacon and Jeremy Roberts, runs more than 20 bars and restaurants across the North West.
CPL e-learning will be developing a bespoke online training platform for each organisation in areas such as health and safety, drugs awareness, first aid, food safety and manual handling.
CPL’s project managers will work with its new customers to develop a training package appropriate to each business and the sector in which they operate.
The use of animation, graphics, illustration and games, is designed to make CPL’s products more entertaining to use than other online training programmes. CPL claims it encourages interaction, stimulation and engagement for those taking part.
Dave Dasher, head of CPL e-learning said: "Our ability to offer a training programme that fits our client’s exact needs is taking us way beyond our traditional sector focus.
"Those who recognise the benefits of online training have been impressed by the level of interaction, animation and usability of our programmes.
"As with all new and existing e-learning customers, we are able to introduce features, characters and objects familiar to the delegates, which again enhances the experience and impacts on the final result."
The e-learning team is also tasked with providing varying levels of information regarding all-round performance.
The software delivers a vast range of information from what stage each delegate is at in terms of their own training programme to time spent on specific questions.
This can then be measured and trends discovered, helping identify areas where additional training and support is needed.
