WELL Lane Primary School, Tranmere was invaded by monsters last week ....

Pupils and staff from the school went "monster mad" for Comic Relief by going  to school dressed as monsters - friendly monsters of course!

Each monster took in a donation to raise money for the Comic Relief appeal, raising £200.  Even the school dinners went monster crazy  with Gingerbread Monsters and Monster Cakes!

Mr Mellin, headteacher, said "The children and staff have gone to a huge amount of effort and look fabulous dressed up. The monster invasion included spotty monsters, monsters with lots of legs, a 'sock monster' and a table monster that eats your feet when you sit down!"
