Broad rips through top order

England seamer Stuart Broad took four early wickets to leave South Africa reeling in the second match of the NatWest Series.

The Nottinghamshire bowler dismissed Graeme Smith, Herschelle Gibbs, Jacques Kallis and JP Duminy during a hostile spell from the Pavilion End at Trent Bridge after South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first.

All-rounder Andrew Flintoff followed up by dismissing AB de Villiers leg before wicket, reducing the tourists to 45 for five in the 15th over.
