TODAY’S World in Pictures features photographs of a building ablaze on the Montreal skyline in Canada; candles burning before a row of decorated human skulls or 'Natitas,' during the Natitas Festival at the Cementerio General, in La Paz, Bolivia and the 2012 Carnaby Street Christmas Decorations, which were co-designed by the Rolling Stones for their 50th Anniversary, being launched in London.
