TODAY’S World in Pictures features photographs of two-year-old Honor Llewellin who bumped into pandas in Edinburgh; thousands of Jack o' Lanterns on display in Rhode Island and a model show off a hat created by designers Hiroyuki Horihata and Makiko Sekiguchi at Tokyo Fashion Week.
