Visa row housekeeper due in court

The former housekeeper of Attorney General Baroness Scotland is due to appear in court on immigration charges.

Loloahi Tapui is accused of using a false passport, fraud and overstaying her visa.

The 27-year-old, of Sutton Court Lane, Chiswick, west London, will appear on bail at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court.

Baroness Scotland, the country's chief law officer, became embroiled in controversy in September when allegations emerged about the immigration status of Tapui, a Tongan citizen.
