Live music will be playing throughout the day with a variety of local bands from across Wirral – Tequila, Mark Lacey, Pod, and Brain Hardman.
The charity fundraiser will take place on Monday, August 26.
Assistant manager Jenny Grayson wants to smash the £500 target and raise as much as possible.
She said: “I wanted to do something to support the Help for Heroes charity.
“Last year we held a party for the Queen’s Jubilee with the George and Dragon pub across the road with money raised for Claire House.
“The fundraiser was such a success with hundreds of pounds raised that we thought it would be a good idea to do it again.
“It would be wonderful if the event could smash the target and raise lots of money for a very good cause.
“This year we will be raising money for Help for Heroes, as it is a charity close to me heart.
“My brother-in-law and some friends are in the army and I wanted to support them.
“I believe they need all the help available for when they return from the tours.
“All the stress they have to witness while on tour, and the sadder side of when some do not come home.
“I have my fingers crossed that it will be a glorious day with the sun out and lots of people coming to support the day.
“I am sure everyone will have lots of fun – it is a family day with loads of activities to keep youngsters entertained.”
The fun day starts at noon until 9pm. Admission is free.
All money raised from the activities and donations will be given to Help for Heroes.
The hotel is on Clifton Crescent also has a bar and restaurant.
