Police renew appeal for information over missing nanny

POLICE have renewed an appeal for information over the disappearance of a nanny in Heswall.

Firehwot Geberekdian Asnake, right, 23, of Ethiopia, was last seen on July 14 by the family she works for and reported missing two days later.

The family she works for are originally from Wirral and were back for a holiday.

She went missing while they were returning to Dubai, where they now live.

Merseyside Police said her disappearance was out of character and officers are keen to establish she is safe and well.

Firehwot is black, 5ft 6ins tall, slim with black hair and brown eyes. It is not known what she was wearing.
