A CONTEMPORARY artist is exhibiting his new work at a Hoylake gallery.
Painter Peter Macaulay uses the human form as his source of inspiration for his work, which moves effortlessly between representation and abstraction.
The Liverpool-born artist was previously creative director at a number of companies. His paintings are exhibited widely and included in a number of private collections.
However, next week Peter’s exhibition comes to the Seagrass Gallery at The Quadrant for one month.
Gallery owner and artist Jo Smith will also have her bespoke hand-crafted jewellery designs on show.
Peter’s work will be at Seagrass Gallery from Thursday, November 3, until December 5.
Gallery opening times are Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm, and Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
