Work starts on new £2.6million health centre in Wirral

CONSTRUCTION work has started on a new £2.6m health centre in Wirral.
When completed in summer 2012 it will see Wallasey’s St Hilary Brow GP practice relocate from its existing premises in a former residential and retail unit on Wallasey Road.
The new facility, spread across two floors and more than 13,000 sq ft, will enable the practice to provide new services to patients, including a minor surgery suite.
Dr James Kingsland, lead GP at St Hilary Brow Group Practice, said: “The practice team are hugely excited.”
