BURGLARS have escaped with a stash of expensive designer clothes following an early-hours raid.
Keiko on Telegraph Road, Heswall, was targeted, with £3,500 worth of stock taken.
The shop specialises in maternity wear, baby clothes, children’s clothing and other accessories.
The burglars took designer children’s clothes from exclusive lines, including Jottum, Catimini, Cakewalk and Bourget.
The owner of the shop contacted police at around 10am on August 5 and police are now concerned those responsible will be trying to sell the goods.
PC Simon Andrews said: “Remember, if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
“If you buy something that is stolen you may well make yourself liable to be arrested for handling stolen goods.”
