THE partner of the Bromborough man murdered in Tranmere last week has paid tribute to her “soulmate”.
Lee Willingham was said to be attending an address to fix a satellite TV box when he was fatally stabbed with a single blow.
This week his partner, Sharon Gardner, has spoken of “one of the most loving and caring people I know”.
Sharon said of the father-of-two: “Clearly his two sons will miss their daddy.
“Their dad was their hero in life, their guide, his boys were his world. Lee will live on in both of them forever.
“After 16 years of life with Lee I can't imagine it without him here, with his big cheeky smile and loving nature. A huge part of his family and friends has been taken away too soon.
“We will all see you again one day my love, in the next life.
“You will be sadly missed.
“RIP Willo.”
Mark Anthony Collins, aged 35, of Park Road, Tranmere was charged with murder by Merseyside Police.
He appeared at Wirral Magistrates’ Court on January 20.
Lee Willingham was found dead behind the wheel of his silver Transit van in Fairfield Road, Tranmere on January 15.
