Deacon Blue stars in town for festival

THE stars of Deacon Blue will be in Wirral next week for the borough’s 21st International Guitar Festival of Great Britain.

Lorraine McIntosh and Ricky Ross will be accompanied by an all-star band for a performance at Pacific Road Arts Centre next Wednesday (November 11), starting at 8pm.

The duo will be showcasing material from their new album Great Lakes, as well as tracks from their work with Deacon Blue.

Tickets for the evening are £24.50.
