E-fit of a man police would like to speak to

DETECTIVES investigating an allegation of exposure in Wallasey have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in case he can help their enquiries.

Officers are investigating the incident, which is alleged to have happened on Tuesday, October 23, when a woman in her 20s was walking along Withens Lane past some lock up garages when she saw a man standing in the middle of the road.

The man exposed himself to the victim and ran past her into the alleyway by the Old Manor Club and exposed himself again.

The woman was not touched during the incident but was left shaken.

The offender is described as a white man in his late 20's to early 30s with long black hair and a long black beard.

He was wearing a dark hooded top, dark trousers and black trainers.
