PEOPLE of all ages are being invited to get involved in a project that will celebrate Wirral’s coastline.
Write Around Wallasey, which is being put on by the town’s Rotary Club this Sunday, will take people on a walk along Wallasey’s coastline, between Derby Pool and Seacombe Ferry, where there will be a host of activities put on to get people thinking creatively about the area.
Members are hoping they can inspire people to get involved in art, photography or put pen to paper and write stories or poems which they can then submit for publication.
The walk will pass seven stations and participants can join in at any station.
Everyone is welcome but invitations which give people access to all of the activities and an entrance for the publication costs a £2 donation to Claire House. Invitations are available from the Seaside Café in New Brighton and the Heritage Centre, Victoria Rd (corner of Windsor St) in New Brighton.
