Wallace and Gromit visit Spaceport in Seacombe
TWO very special guests moved to Wirral this week.
Wallace and Gromit landed at Spaceport, at Seacombe Ferry terminal, to have a blast at their own attraction – Wallace and Gromit in Space.
The duo have been there all week to meet fans, pose for pictures and add to the fun atmosphere ... today, they leave for pastures new.
The exhibition is inspired by the pair’s Grand Day Out film, where they blast off into outer space in Wallace’s hand-built, and slightly temperamental, orange rocket ship.
The exhibition is open every day from 10.30am, with the last admission at 4.30pm and the Spaceport closing at 6pm.
Admission for adults is £8, and child ren from three to 15 are charged at £4.50.
A family ticket, which admits two adults and three children, is available for £20.
