Wirral Council wants ideas for Liscard Hall site from developers

COUNCILLORS have decided developers should be asked to come forward with ideas for the site of demolished Liscard Hall.

Wirral Council’s cabinet agreed last week to explore the viability of either building on the site or refurbishing the remaining buildings.

The Liscard Hall Steering Group, made up of local councillors and members of the Friends of Central Park, has urged the council to ensure any new-build ideas reflect development preferences originally proposed for the Hall - with self-sustaining community uses top of the list.
