Try some tasty superlambanana treats at Wirral Farmers’ Market

TWO Superlambanana tributes will be making an appearance at this month’s Wirral Farmers’ Market.

The Chocolate Cellar has had a mould created to bring a chocolate Superlambanana to customers and following the success of her Superlambanana curry, Helen Orton, of Europa Foods, is returning to the market on Saturday, October 11.

Her ready meals, made from local produce and many of which are gluten free, have built up a strong following at the market.

She said: “I try to something a bit different, especially with seasonal produce, and I was delighted when my South African dish bobotie won a prize at the farmers’ market - but this was just a chance to mark the end of the iconic figures, which I thought were brilliant.”

Wirral Farmers’ Market takes place at New Ferry Village Hall from 9am.
