Red Arrows dazzle crowds at Hoylake Lifeboat event

THE Red Arrows pointed the way to another spectacular open day at Hoylake Lifeboat Station on Monday.

Around 30,000 spectators flocked to Hoylake to watch the Red Arrows and a display by the Flying Yakov-lev display team, who put on a show of close formation acrobatics in the Russian aircraft.

Visitors were also treated to a range of events and attractions and a hovercraft was also on hand to give pleasure rides.
