Firefighters cut free woman from Wirral car crash which injured four

FOUR people were injured in a car crash in Liscard, Wirral, this afternoon.Firefighters had to cut the roof of one car to release a 36-year-old woman who had neck and spinal injuries following the crash on Wallasey Road just before 2pm.The male passenger, 27, was given first aid at the scene.The driver of the second vehicle was also assisted by ambulance crews.All three were taken to Arrowe Park Hospital.Anyone with information should contact Merseyside Police. Woman dies in Wirral crash

A 25-YEAR-old woman has died after her Vauxhall Corsa hit a coach earlier today.The accident happened on the A41 New Chester Road, in Eastham, Wirral at around 8.20am.It is thought the Corsa hit the coach which was traveling in the opposite direction.Firefighters were called to the scene and helped police remove the woman from her vehicle.The driver of the coach and two passengers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
