Man attacked by youths in Neston

A 39-YEAR-OLD man suffered a broken collar bone and head injuries following an unprovoked attack in Neston.

The victim was walking home along Breezehill Road, Neston at 2am on Saturday when two youths pulled the hood of his jacket.

He attempted to run away but was knocked to the floor and as a result lost consciousness.

When he came round he managed to make his way home before going to hospital for treatment on a broken collar bone and cuts to his head and ear.
