St Mary's Church in Eastham Village
ST Mary’s Church in Eastham is launching an appeal in hopes to raise £30,000 to replace stolen lead from its roof.
The church has been vandalised four times in less than a year and unfortunately they do not have the funds to mend it after the latest attack.
Rev Beth Glover of St Mary’s said: "I'm really hoping to appeal to anyone who has fond memories of the church, maybe they got married or had their children baptised at the church, to help us out as we really need it."
Anyone wishing to give to the church should contact Rev Beth Glover on: 0151 327 2182 or beth.glover@tesco.net or alternatively pop into the church.
