Bebington Sovereign Majorettes win 'Most Impressive Troupe'

Battle of the Batons, held at Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom, is an annual competition open to all Majorette troupes in the North West.  

The Bebington Sovereigns competed against eight other troupes in the Military Freestyle Senior event and won The Willy Hughes Memorial Trophy for Most Impressive Troupe, Best Baton Work and Best Entertainment.

Pam Moore, who manages the Sovereigns, said: “We’ve done really well, I’m made up!”
