Art to free your mind at libraries

BUDDING artists can showcase their creativity at Wirral libraries as part of an event to mark World Mental Health Day.
Work submitted on the theme Freeing Your Mind will be displayed at four libraries including Bebington between October 10 – which is World Mental Health Day – and October 22.
The exhibitions are being organised by Ben Adams, a Wirral Council employee based at the Beaconsfield Community Recovery Service in Tranmere.
He said: “This exhibition is open to everyone, of all creative abilities. I have no preconceived ideas as to the kind of work that will be displayed within it.”
