SIX men have been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary in Bromborough after a crackdown by Merseyside police.
Lee Raymond Chase, 18, of Greystone Crescent, Liverpool, Jamie Luke Ormond, aged 18, of Paterson Street, Birkenhead, Mark Anthony Burns, 26, of Cathcart Street, Birkenhead. and Ben Sysum, 22, of Mortimer Street, Birkenhead, are all accused of conspiracy to commit burglary between July 18 and 20.
Ormond and Sysum have also been charged with burglary and the unauthorised theft of a motor vehicle.
Sysum was charged with an additional count of the unauthorised theft of a motor vehicle.
The four will appear in Wirral Magistrates' Court for a preliminary hearing on Friday (September 23).
Two other men from Wirral have also been charged with burglary at a house in Birch Close, Prenton, on July 8 and the attempted theft of a motor vehicle as a result of the policing operation.
David Chalmers, 19, of Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, and Jack Hayes, 18, of Water Street, Birkenhead, will appear at Liverpool Crown Court on October 10 for a plea and case management hearing.
