BEBINGTON Library is celebrating its 40th anniversary this week.
The Friends of Bebington Library are marking the special occasion with a free strawberry tea/coffee morning on Friday (July 1) from 10.30am until 12noon.
At 11am there will be a guided walk around Bebington Village.
Places must be booked in advance and the walk costs £3.
There will also be a day of celebrations on Saturday, July 2 with a ukelele band performing at 11am followed by the Mersey Morris Men at 11.30am/12.30.
The Julia Whitehead Children’s dance group will entertain at 1.30pm.
The afternoon’s events will finish with a Horrid Henry family afternoon in the children’s library.
