TWO young writers from Wirral have been shortlisted in the National Young Crime Writers’ Competition.
The competition, run by the Crime Writers’ Association in partnership with library authorities, invited writers to submit 1,000 words of crime fiction.
The work of 12-year-old Dandy Glover, from Oxton, and Jessica Morris, 13, from Bebington, made the final ten for the region. They will now attend an event in Wrexham, where the shortlisted writers will learn who has been selected to go to the national finals.
