BROMBOROUGH has a new top policeman.
Inspector Andy Wise has been appointed Neighbourhood Inspector at Bromborough Police Station and will take responsibility for policing issues across Bromborough, Bebington, Clatterbridge, Eastham, Port Sunlight, Spital and New Ferry.
Andy, who started his new job last week, has 23 years’ service with Merseyside Police.
He has worked across Wirral in a variety of roles including critical incident manager.
He said: “I am delighted to be working in Bromborough, building on the successes Inspector Andy McKeown achieved in pushing forward neighbourhood policing.
“I live in Wirral and I’m looking forward to working with our partners, local people and the business community to understand and address the issues important to the community.”
