Wirral International Film festival entries grow

Alan and Phil are hoping to make use of a larger venue for WIFF 2009 and a meeting with the council, arranged through Business Link, could bear fruit.
Alan said: “If they want to support us then they should give us the Floral Pavilion. What we’re doing is for the good of Wirral.
“The Floral Pavilion doesn’t get used during the day, so if they want to get on board then give us a building to put it on in.”
For those who haven’t entered yet, Alan said: “Get your film in!
“It doesn’t matter if it’s ten seconds long or four hours, just get it in and we’ll show it.”
l Send your entry to WIFF 2009, Queens Hotel, One Park Road East, Birkenhead. The closing date is September 30 and the event will take place from November 23.
