THE Wirral News Group today announces details of a major new drive to make our region a better place to live in – for us, our families and for future generations.

We, and our brand-new sponsorship partners, are about to embark on the biggest environmental campaign in the paper's history with the launch of It's Our World.

It’s so-called because while this planet is ours to live in for now ... it's up to us to preserve it for the future.

It’s our fragile world – so it’s our massive responsibility to protect it

Everybody wants to do their bit for the environment – but sometimes we need help, advice and encouragement to do it.

And that's what It's Our World will do.

We will be launching It's Our World in our newspapers AND our companion websites, on Monday.

This paper has teamed up with a group of sponsors who all have the same goal in mind – making a real difference and making real environmental improvements.
