MERSEYSIDE Police is appealing for witnesses to a robbery at the Co-Operative store in Manor Drive, Upton, on Saturday, May 16.
At around 9.40pm three men entered the store and threatened members of staff. They took money from the tills and a quantity of cigarettes before leaving the store by the back of the building.
Police say staff were left feeling shocked and upset but were unhurt.
It is believed there may have been a fourth offender who waited outside the store. The offenders are described as having local accents and were wearing hoods and balaclavas.
