IMAGES of a new day care centre being planned by Hoylake Cottage are being put on show for the local community.
Two options have been designed by architects – one being ground floor only and the other having a first floor.
Local residents are being asked for their views on the proposals in a month-long consultation period during July. After that, the plans will be submitted to Wirral Council for planning approval. The images will be on show at Hoylake Library and West Kirby Library for four weeks from July 7.
Hoylake Cottage Trust chairman Michael Taylor said: “Our architects have worked hard to create designs which reflect the shape of our current old building.
“I think local people will be pleasantly surprised at these plans, which show an attractive frontage and a large, spacious reception area leading to bright, light and airy rooms. The designs have been drawn with the needs of older people in mind and will provide the best possible environment for day care.”
