The Newspaper Society-led campaign offers up to £15m of free advertising for local winners and a £10,000 cash prize for the overall winner.
Winners will receive free mentoring from business experts, including former Liverpool Chamber of Commerce chairman David Wade-Smith and Prof Phil Harris from the University of Chester Business School, and Dragons’ Den TV judge and LBA ambassador Deborah Meaden for the overall winner.
