A MAN who was arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a Merseyside woman will not face any police charges.
Following a post-mortem examination, Merseyside Police is treating Jennifer Abbey’s death as “non-suspicious” and have handed the case over to the coroner.
Paramedics found Miss Abbey’s body after being called to her home in Kingsway, Wallasey, on April 22. A 44-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the 29-year-old’s death.
A spokesman for Merseyside Police said: "The cause of death was established as non-suspicious. A man arrested in connection with the death has been released without charge and will not face any further police action."
