TALENTED chefs will demonstrate their skills at Wirral Food and Drink Festival this weekend.
The event takes place on Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Monday from 10am to 4pm at Claremont Farm in Bebington.
It will feature an array of Merseyside chefs who will each prepare dishes during cooking demonstrations.
They will include David Gillmore, executive chef at Thornton Hall Hotel’s The Lawns restaurant; gourmet curry chef Nisha Katona; and Paul Askew, chef patron of the London Carriage Works.
David said: “I am very excited about passing on the skills and knowledge I have picked up throughout my time in the industry.
“Through working at a variety of Michelin and AA recognised restaurants, I have developed a strong passion for creating fresh, inventive, appealing dishes.”
Festival tickets cost £4 for adults, £1.50 for children and parking is free.
