VEGI-TABLE, Wirral’s own environmentally friendly vegetarian cookery school, has unveiled an exciting new season of courses.
Following the popularity of its Pizza Pasta Pesto course this year, it will be repeating it on January 28, with a full-day course devoted entirely to Italian cuisine.
On February 11 it will be running Luscious Legumes. The day includes edamame tagine, puy lentil salad and spicy kidney bean wraps, as well as Boston baked beans, butter bean stroganoff, lasagne and chickpea with spinach.
Then there will be Slicing And Dicing on February 18, a half-day course where budding domestic gods and goddesses can learn to slice effortlessly.
Saving the most popular for last, there will be the return of the breadmaking course on February 27. It will be a chance to learn how to make fougasse, poppy seed rolls, sesame plaits, stromboli filled with mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto.
Vouchers are available for Christmas presents. For details contact Mo and Sarah on 07732 791 496 or 07974 968830 or visit www.vegi-table.co.uk
