Frank Field: MP launches new website

OVER recent years my website has become an increasingly important tool for communication between myself and constituents in Birkenhead.

I am, therefore, very pleased to inform you that this week I will be launching a brand new version of my website, which can be found at www.frankfield.co.uk

In redesigning and updating the website my number one goal has been to develop a communication tool that is as user friendly and accessible as possible.

The new website is far more clearly laid out than my old one, with a prominent ‘Latest from Frank’ section which will regularly update you on my recent activities. The website will include details of all my constituency work, my parliamentary activity (debates, Bills, parliamentary questions, etc), newspaper articles that I have written and media interviews I have given. A local diary page will provide relevant information regarding my constituency appointments and my Friday surgeries.

I will also be keeping a regular blog from Westminster, which includes a comment section to enable contribution from all of you. My blogs will allow constituents to keep up to date with my views on the big local and national issues of the day, and indeed to feed into them. In addition, there will be regular opinion polls which aim to further help me understand your views on such issues.

I hope I have succeeded in ensuring that the website is as useful to you as possible. Please do visit the site – I would of course be grateful for any feedback that you might have (frank.field.mp@parliament.uk).
