Missing Birkenhead woman is found

AN elderly woman who went missing on a shopping trip with her husband was found safe and well.
Dementia sufferer Margaret Davies, 69, from Birkenhead, managed to get from Wirral to Sefton on Friday morning after staying on a bus when her husband John got off in Birkenhead, leaving her behind.
Mrs Davies and her husband had boarded the bus but when he got off on Borough Road, Birkenhead, she did not follow him.
By the time he realised she was still on the bus it had left.
A search by police found Margaret and returned her home to her family the same day.
