THE Wirral News has joined forces with new restaurant, Nova, in Heswall, to give one lucky reader and their guest the chance to dine like Royalty.
Nova’s joint owner, Moyo Benson has created his own version of the Royal Wedding breakfast – a seven course luxurious champagne dinner.
Moyo will serve a selection of canapés to the lucky winner and their guest upon arrival, together with champagne.
This will be followed with crab and spinach tortellini in a cauliflower cream; Watercress soup with watercress pesto; a fish course of flounder and scallops; Flavours and Textures of pork for main, followed by pear crumble.
This will be followed with coffee and a selection of luxurious chocolates.
The winner and their guest will also be treated to a bottle of house wine.
Moyo said: “I have always prided myself on serving the very best food and dishes which are not available elsewhere.
“The Royal Wedding seemed the perfect opportunity to create my own take on the Royal Wedding breakfast. ”
