February EVENTS

The National Childcare Trust is holding a “Speed Bump” information night on Friday February 11 at Bebington Civic Centre from 7pm to 9pm. For more details contact 0844 243 6329.

A rock & roll night takes place at Poulton Vic's Sports and Social Club Wallasey, on Friday February 11, from 7.30pm, with all proceeds go to Help the Heroes.

There will also be a fund-raising raffle and prizes have been donated by local traders. Contact Beryl Jones on 07972845872. Entrance is £5.

MARCH EVENTS

Bebington Dramatic Society will perform That’s Love on Wednesday March 2 at at the Gladstone Theatre Port Sunlight, starting at 7.30pm, in aid of the Wirral branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The tickets cost £7 and there will also be a raffle. Tickets are available from Karen 342 8829 and Alison 334 8436 or at the door.

Charity Successes

A charity jumble sale for Childline held on January 29 raised £280 for the cause. Organisers have thanked volunteers who helped andprinters SYNERGY.
