Liverpool’s Cavern Walks owner making progress after cost cuts

PROPERTY group Warner Estate Holdings, which owns the Pyramid and Grange shopping centres in Birkenhead, said it is benefiting from its cost-saving strategy introduced last year.
In a trading update it said following the group’s refinancing this March, its focus is now on its shopping centre joint venture properties and discussions are under way with each of its joint venture lenders.
