Great green activities this week: free family pond dip, build a bug box and join the wildflower walk

THIS is a great weekend for all the family at Wirral Country Park. On Saturday, there’s a free family pond dip from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

June is an interesting time of the year to pond-dip and find out about the amazing life that lurks in the water. All equipment is provided.

On Sunday, there’s a great build a bug box home session from 11am-12.30pm.

The rangers will help make a bug box for your garden which you can purchase and take home.
