45 year old man arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure on Bidston Hill

A 45-YEAR-OLD man from Harrogate was arrested on suspicion of committing indecent exposure in Wirral.

The arrest occurred after an incident on Bidston Hill.

A man hid in shrubbery before exposing himself to his victims between the windmill and the observatory.

He then headed in the direction of Eleanor Road, or back through Vyner Road North.

Merseyside Police is appealing for witnesses.
